Jane is a Master Reiki Practitioner and Spiritual Guide. She lives in The centre of Sussex in the village of North Chailey.

Through early adulthood Jane followed a fairly typical middle class life - university education, professional career, and marriage. Following a tough divorce 11 years ago, Jane woke up to her true spiritual potential and life path. That led her on a journey of sometimes hard and often turbulent emotional release combined with magical spiritual realisation and awakening which has been full on during the last 7 years. 

Through sheer dedication to, and the comfort of, an inner knowing that there was a underlying reason for all she was going through, Jane was able to persevere even in the darkest moments. She left a highly paid job in Fund Management in London, went traveling throughout Africa with an utterly disparate group to begin to understand the psychology of individuals, and returned to the UK where her real journey started - her inner journey to rid herself of the years of societal, family and genetic patterns and conditioning. By breaking down and re-establishing her relationships to others who had been the backbone and foundation of a highly dysfunctional belief system, Jane has been able to re-emerge with an open heart and compassion for all her fellow travelers - family, friends and strangers alike - with a new depth of understanding that only the "dark night of the soul" can bring. Though in many ways Jane has done this work the hard way - she is now able to lead her clients through a more gentle and straightforward approach to finding their inner spirit - gained through her own experience.

During this time Jane completed a years Foundation Course in transpersonal psychotherapy, worked with Susie Anthony at PSA Life Mastery for 18 months, and with an energy expert for a year. These trainings furthered her understanding of emotional release, energy and how it works, the sub and higher consciousness and dream work. Jane has also worked with a Native American and UK shamans, and intuitives throughout her journey, all providing an invaluable source of understanding and insight.  

The result of this work is that Jane is now able to be her true spiritual essence, though there is always work in progress to increase it's essence. The masks of ego, pretense, barriers and pride have been stripped away - one by one - giving her a new awareness about choices and how to be her authentic self, not just occasionally - but throughout every aspect of her life. 

Throughout this journey Jane's connection to "spirit" and the Divine has strengthened immeasurably. Only by shaking off the shackles of ego and pride can the true spiritual journey begin. It is a journey of reconnecting to the Divine through experiencing first hand the qualities that are critical to this relationship, for they are the same qualities that man needs to show to his/her fellow man. 

Jane is now able to connect to a wealth of inner wisdom and depth of peace and beauty unfathomable before she began. She has an innate ability to see to the core of an issue, and then use her skills to lead her clients through a journey of healing. That skill is at the heart of her work, making each journey totally unique for each client. This is done by being guided by her spirit rather than her mind, and that is only possible through an open heart. 

Jane is a Master Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation and a Complimentary Therapist Member of the World Federation of Healing.
